I occasionally get or receive a call where the other person can't hear me. I never see any fixes on this website - only that straight talk goes off line with the poster. What's the fix for this?

My iPhone 7 allows me to make calls, but I cannot hear anyone, nor can they hear me. It locks my phone on speaker mode. Can someone help me please?
