I am currently unable to send and receive MMS on my Blu Vivo XI with AT&T BYOP. The 4G LTE data is working with no issues. The phone was working fine then suddenly stopped. Initially I was only unable to receive messages and after some troubleshooting with tech support (which went nowhere) I became unable to send or receive MMS, though I was now able to receive SMS again. When I attempt to send a message I get "message not sent: service not activated on network." My APN settings are as follows:
