Been getting the run-around from LG and Straight Talk. HELP?

I have contacted both LG and Straight about a software update for my LG Stylo 3 plus. My last security update is January 1st 2017.

Can anyone tell me when an update is coming for this device?? LG has told me to contact STand Straight talk said They are unsure. I'd like to at least get a security update to 2018 and an Oreo update too but I know that's asking too much. Lol.
