Also having this issue. Just refilled with the $55 ultimate unlimited but my data is unusable because it’s so slow.

I've spent $155 in the last 45 days, including $ 55 today. Still have slow data speed, less than1.0 mps . I talked with customer service twice today via instant message and once on phone. Problem unresolved. My Ookla speedtest log shows data transfer of less than 1.0 each and every time I have checked in last 30 days. Using LG LGL64L , a straight talk phone . Just finished conversation with Straight Talk rep, they said give it 24 hours ???? Next step, FCC.Gov !
