My daughter decided to use a pin to scratch her pin and ended up scratching it off all together. We purchased the refill card from Walmart. Is the pin on the receipt for it? What are my options?

How can I reload when I can’t see the service pin? My daughter scratched the pin off when she removed the grey strip. I have the receipt from buying it, but I’m not see it on the receipt.
