Deleting recent destinations on lg55c

I have recent navigation destinations in my phone I want to delete but don't have the option to do this. Shurley I shoud not have to keep them forever. Any help out there?

I have been waiting for you to e-mail me. The serial # of my phone is: ***************. As I said I can't seem to find a way to delete navigation locations from my phone. There is no option that can see and the manual does not address this. Please help.
