Today my phone stopped working, said it was out of minutes. I was on the Auto Refill plan, but the minutes did not automatically refill. So I went online and refilled via On Demand, for the All You Need plan. I also refilled my husband's phone at this time. Our phones started working again for a few hours, but now I am getting the recording saying no minutes left to use. When I used the "check service end date" on my phone, it shows the plan is active until 4-28-2012. And the charges have already appeared on my debit card, and were paid. I have tried several times to call for assistance, but after wading through the phone tree, all I get is "Call volume is high, try again later."
I don't know what the problem is, but it is frustrating as heck to have already paid, and have no minutes.
