Since I'm getting NO WHERE with customer service on the phone,I might try my luck here...
Basically after calling customer service five times since Saturday regarding to a mix up in serial numbers,I haven't gotten my phone turned back on even having bought a $45 card on the 23rd of Feb..
My fiancee dropped his phone in water & had to return the phone..after packing up the phone & its contents, he packed my serial number by mistake instead of his... After he got his phone situated at wal mart,at that time my phone didn't have service..When he got in, I told him & we called Straight Talk & told them what had happened they stated different options..The recent one they told us was to fax them the receipt, his contact number along with my serial number..We did that yesterday & was told that it would be 28 hours..That's past..they received the fax but still nothing..We were told to go to wal mart(again) to let them scan the bar code on the receipt but on the three visits back to wal mart they keep telling us that doing that does NOTHING.. & I REFUSE to pay another $48 to get another service card when I haven't even used up my card..I got the phone & card on February 23 & this happened over this weekend..I need a phone!
I hope I explained this well..I have been without a phone for three days nows & this is making me mad!
