account issues

Ive had my Samsung straight talk phone over a year now, i went into a point that i had to let the time go out on it for the past few months. i just got a new time card and tried getting the phone back on air time, the phone wouldn't take the minutes . so logged onto the site hopping to be able to do it there , the phone still woundnt take the mintutes, said i needed to reactivate the account that i never set up user login for on the site. i click the options saying i didnt do the site account part. It then tells me that the phone was, register to a account but when i enter the phone number says the account inst active or set up and the 1800 number was(woundnt give me a human) useless. my Email is XXXXXXXX@yahoo.com, the phone number is XXX 252 XXX. any help wound be great. P.S. sorry if my spelling sucks, i just dont have the money for a new phone
