getting phone for kids for Christmas

I would like to purchase this phone for my 2 kids for Christmas as it seems to be the cheapest plan out there. My question is---i do not want them to be able to access internet AT ALL !

is there a way to disable or lock the internet with a password so they can not go on the internet ??? I am worried they will visit sites not suitable for viewing (such as nudity,porn, ect..)

I just want them to talk and text. thank you for your help ??
