I have a Samsung Rugby II that I'm using with the bring your own device and purchased a SIM card on-line. I am able to make outgoing calls and take incoming calls. I can also send and receive text messages from the phone but I can't receive or send picture messages nor can I go on the internet. Some advise on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

There seems to be many many of us with this Samsung Rugby II phone with all of the same issues. Is there anyway that ST can answer the questions in the forum. They all say take it off line. I have tried to send my serial number but apparently I have not added enough issues so I can not compose and answer. So frustrating.
